This stunning villa is situated in an elevated position on a hillside overlooking the beautiful blue Mediterranean Sea, the Marina and the picturesque villages of Las Fuentes and Alcossebre. It is ideally located on the coast 1 hour drive North of Valencia and 2 hours South of Barcelona.
The accommodation includes 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large fully fitted kitchen and open plan lounge and dining room. There is a fabulous pool and paved terrace set in colourful landscaped gardens. These benefit from sun all day with some shaded areas. Pool furniture is provided.

Summary: The villa was great and worked well with grandparents. Pool was fab for the kids, with plenty of inflatables. Views over the ocean were fantastic. Johan (Owner) was very helpful both prior and during the stay. Would definitely consider returning.

Summary: Well presented & well stocked villa with all key equipment to make a perfect family holiday . Great pool with wonderful view from all 3 levels. Johan ( the owner ) & his agents Albert Villa s were extremely helpful which made the holiday even more enjoyable!

Summary: Great place. The sea view is as great! Fantastic villa with pool. Lovely and quiet area great for escape, view over sea and Alcossebre-town. There was everything we needed. Perfectly equipped. Nothing was missing. We were a group of 10 with children from 1 to 5 years old. The property was clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful time. The house and the location are amazing. A car is needed. Johan is very quick in replying to emails and msgs and if anything is missing or goes wrong will fix it quickly. I would definitely recommend this villa.

Summary: We spent our Easter holidays in this nice village with fantastic views over the Mediterranean coast. The house is on a very quiet residential area and is roomy and very well maintained, with all the necessary for a pleasant stay for the six of us. The kitchen is fully equipped and thanks to the good weather we enjoyed the terrace for breakfast and lunch time. The beds are very comfortable and there's also a nice terrace for two of them. All rooms have heat and air conditioning equipment. The owner, Johan Eriksson, has been very easy to contact with. In summary a nice place to come back.

Summary: Great villa in a quiet cul de sac Very well furnished with all amenities of a high standard The villa has amazing views over Alcossebre with large terrace areas to relax on with a chilled vino blanco Johan was very helpful. When we contacted him with an Internet connection problem it was fixed in just a couple of hours.
